Kav Seneviratna
Kavinda Seneviratna, MA, BCBA received his BSc in Psychology from the University of Southampton, UK, and in doing so discovered Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). He moved to the US from his native London to pursue an MA in Teaching as ABA from Teachers College, Columbia University, graduating in 2007. Kav has worked for schools, families, children’s charities, clinics, and Local Authorities over the past 19 years in Europe, North America, and the Middle East. He became a BCBA in 2010 and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Washington State in 2018. Kav started KCABA to team up with neurodiverse clients and families, striving and achieving positive outcomes. The mission is to provide high-quality support and compassionate care.

Caila Fautenberry
Caila Fautenberry, M Ed., BCBA received her B.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis and her M Ed. In Special Education from the University of Washington. Caila has been in the field of ABA since 2016. She has practiced as a BCBA since 2022 and as a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst since 2020. She started KCABA with the intent to promote ethical, cultural, and neurodiverse affirming practices in ABA. In her free time, Caila enjoys fishing in the Puget Sound and hanging out with her cats.
High Auditor
Elizabeth A.
Hi there, my name is Elizabeth. I am currently KCABA’s High Auditor. I have been in this field going on 12 years. I currently live in Caldwell, Idaho and have a loving husband, Kody, and 3 beautiful boys, Axelous, Tristan, and Liam. Besides what I do for a living, I also run a small mini farm and homeschool all three of my boys. I enjoy making sourdough bread in my spare time. I have a small side business providing our friends and neighbors with homemade goods and fresh chicken and duck eggs. I absolutely love working for KCABA, it’s a wonderful place to work, and really does feel like one big family.

Morgan, CBT, has been a CBT for four years and has worked in home, clinic and school settings. Morgan is currently working towards her Bachelor's in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University. When she is not working or doing schoolwork she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Jazmyn G.
Jazmyn, MA., BCBA received her B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Biology from Washington State University in 2020. During her time at WSU, Jazmyn became a Certified Behavior Technician and continued on after graduating. In 2021, she started her M Ed. In Special Education at the University of Washington. In November of 2022, she became a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst. Jazmyn became a BCBA in October 2023. In her free time, Jazmyn likes to read and practice yoga.

Hello, I’m Leezette! I’ve been a BT for two years. I started working as a BT just to get the experience of working with kids, but I later realized I really love working in ABA. During my free time, I love to spend time with family, exploring new places, trying new restaurants, and being creative with makeup.

Brigitte B.
Brigitte Bonaci, MA., LaBA received her B.S. in Forensic Psychology and her M.A. in Global Strategic Communications from the Florida Institute of Technology, graduating in 2018. While attending university, Brigitte led social skills groups and received a Registered Behavior Technician training at the Scott Center for Autism treatment, located on campus. In 2020, Brigitte entered back into the field of Behavior Analysis as a Certified Behavior Technician and is now a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst with the completion of coursework through the University of West Florida. Brigitte has now worked as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst since August 2022. In her spare time, Brigitte can be found rock climbing or practicing yoga.

Sharon Z.
My name is Sharon, and I’m a BCBA with a background in ABA from the University of Washington. I’m fluent in both Mandarin and English, and I’m passionate about helping children improve their social and communication skills while empowering parents through effective training to support their children in daily life using ABA. I specialize in implementing comprehensive, function-based behavior intervention plans, enhancing positive daily routines, and focusing on early intervention. I enjoy integrating naturalistic teaching, skill-based training (SBT), Discrete Trial Training (DTT), and more to create effective, individualized learning experiences. Outside of work, I love traveling, reading, hiking, and gardening (not good at)and baking (not good at neither). It brings me great joy to see the growth and positive changes in the families I work with.

Dakota M.
Dakota M., BA Psychology with a minor in English received his degree from University of Houston. During college Dakota received his RBT accreditation and began practicing ABA for the State of Texas serving the adult population. After completing his degree Dakota moved to Austin, Texas to work with the University of Texas engaging in research for Autism and other developmental disabilities. In 2023, Dakota moved to Washington to continue to serve the Autistic community in a new regional environment to challenge his skill set in order to continue to better serve the community as a whole.

McKenna, CBT/RBT. She is currently in the Applied Behavior Analysis Masters program at Ball State to become a BCBA. She has been working in ABA for nearly 3 years in home, school, and community settings supporting kids ranging from 4-17 years old. She loves supporting kids in acquiring social and everyday life skills, gaining independence, and achieving their goals. Her interests are animals, board games, video games, cooking, and anything crafty!

Sarah J.
​Sarah, BA, MSc, CBT - I received my B.A. in Community Psychology from the University of Washington in 2017. After I graduated, I worked alongside a child psychologist in Amman, Jordan to assist in creating workshops and programs tailored to early education and child development. Later I moved to San Diego, California where I became a consultant in Relationship Development Intervention (RDI). I than moved to Washington, where I have been a Behavior Technician for over 4 years. In 2021, I started my Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University. In October of 2022, I graduated with my Masters in ABA and a certificate in Autism. I am currently working towards becoming a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst and continuing on to becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I love working with children and have a precious 4 year old daughter. In my free time, I love to spend time with my family, go on adventures, and cruise around on the coolest motorcycle in the world.

​Kelly P., M.Ed; BCBA, LBA started her career as a behavior support aide in schools and continued on to be a behavior technician supporting students in homes, school, and the community. Kelly graduated with a BA in Elementary & Special Education in 2019 and started a career teaching special education. Since then she has gained experience in both self-contained and inclusive classrooms. She went on to graduate from Arizona State University in 2021 with an M.Ed in Special Education (Applied Behavior Analysis) and got her BCBA in 2021. While the majority of her career has focused on compassionate treatment of severe problem behavior, she enjoys designing skill acquisition programs in all areas. Outside of work, she likes spending time hiking and traveling with her wife.

​Molly has been a CBT for 6 years and has a broad working experience with kids ranging from ages 2-19. She loves helping kids expand their imaginative play skills and expressive language, in order to build lasting social relationships with family and peers. Her interests include vinyl records, her cat Valerie, the Woodland Park Zoo, and painting animal portraits in her spare time. Molly is looking forward to furthering her career in ABA alongside KCABA staff.

​Madison W., MA, BCBA, LBA, is a BCBA who received her Bachelors in Speech and Hearing Sciences at Washington State University. Madison then went on to receive her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis and graduated in 2022. Madison has and continues to work in schools, clinics and in homes. Madison has been working with individuals 2-19 and strives to individualize all programming for her clients. In her free time she loves to crochet and spend time with the family.

He received his graduate degree of Special Education (Emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis) from the University of Washington in 2022, and attained his Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license shortly after. Jc is passionate about creating positive and safe environments that focus on rapport and relationship based learning.

Kumiko G.
Kumiko Gorman. Kumi graduated from Okinawa International University, Okinawa Japan, and then moved to the US in 1986. She has an abundance of experience, having worked in public school, WA State School for the Blind, and currently works at a private childcare center as a pre-kindergarten teacher, a position she has held since 2005. She became a CBT/RBT in 2015. Kumiko uses a range of motivational engagement strategies to encourage learning and the wonderful enthusiasm of the child. She believes that parents are partners in every phase of the educational process, and that you have the right to expect an appropriate learning environment for your child. She believes it is necessary to build a strong partnership with her client’s family. A child’s day can be very simple, but they are learning every moment and building their own foundations. Kumiko loves and appreciates the opportunity to be a part of this incredible part of their life.

Hali H., CBT has been working in the ABA field for almost 1 year. She grew up and lived in Northern California for 22 years. Hali moved to Bellingham, WA in 2020 in order to get a BA in sociology. She graduated in June 2023 with her BA in Sociology and a minor in Psychology. A fun fact about Hali is that while attending Western Washington University she was a recreational gymnastic coach for all ages including preschoolers. In her free time she likes to take her cat on walks around hiking trails.

Hola, I'm Benito/Benny! I have been in ABA since March of 2020, with plans to become a BCBA from the University of Washington. I have worked with clients from 4 to 22 years old and absolutely love it. I have experience coaching special Olympics basketball with highschoolers. I was the notetaker for the disability resource center in a few college courses. On weekends I enjoy riding my ATV on off-road trails and shredding some songs on electric guitar.

Charlotte, MA, CBT, I am 29, living in Issaquah with my partner Jaemen, and my dog, Frankie. I was adopted as a baby and have been lucky enough to connect with my birth family and develop the most special relationships with them. I am a graduate student from Ball State University, and got my BCBA in 2024. One of my favorite things to do is eat and I love a good farmer’s market! My long term goal is to get a Doctorate’s Degree and become a therapist for families with, and, children with learning disabilities.

In theaters next fall, starring Michael B. Jordan in the role of a lifetime as - "Life coach, counselor, teacher, salesman, life coach again, minister, historian, theologian, comedian, business owner, chef, ambidextrous professional Artist, meditative self-care guru & Behavior Technician’. Juion Mitchell - man of many lives - is a young-at-heart black man from the hard suburban streets of Renton. Growing up with three loving parents, a bushel of friends, too many sisters and a brother of whom we do not speak, Mitchell reached nirvana aged 17. Transformed with teen spirit, he has retained his youthful looks, quick wit, love for video games, conviviality and the ability to love unconditionally. He began working with children after making his fortune off of a wheel found in the Hollywood Hills a decade or so ago. Now he spends his time helping KCABA and others reach the nirvana of teen spirit.
